Why we decided to launch GHC Herbals

The widespread use of chemicals in the fields by farmers coupled with wrong cooking methods have resulted in the loss of valuable nutrients and minerals of the fruits and vegetables. Our bodies are unable to fully synthesize and extract the appropriate nutritional values from them. The change in food habits, reduced physical movement and increased time spent sitting at work have made Indians vulnerable to lifestyle diseases. Stressful lifestyles, hectic schedules and lack of meal preparation time among an increasing number of working professionals has fuelled the demand for external dietary supplements. As a result, there isn’t a dearth of health supplements in the market claiming innumerable benefits. The fact that around 60% of the dietary supplements sold across India are fake, counterfeit, unregistered and unapproved, in addition to being extremely difficult to identify, is alarming.
